1. The agreement
By using CareLogging you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
2. What CareLogging is
Software for independent NDIS support workers to log shifts, draft progress notes, generate invoices and share weekly family updates. We are not a registered NDIS provider and we don't provide care services.
3. Your responsibilities
- You hold all required NDIS Worker Screening, insurance and qualifications for your work.
- You ensure you have lawful basis (consent or service agreement) to enter participant data into CareLogging.
- You keep your login credentials secure.
- You comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards.
4. AI-generated content
Progress notes drafted by our AI are a starting point, not a finished record. You must review, edit and approve every AI-generated note before relying on it. You're responsible for the accuracy of records you save.
5. Pricing and cancellation
Free tier: 1 active client, 10 shifts/month, 3 AI notes/month, 3 invoices/month, 30-day history retention. Paid plans billed monthly or annually in AUD. Cancel any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of your current period.
6. Refunds
We don't offer refunds on partial periods. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the period ends.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use CareLogging for unlawful purposes, don't try to break our security, don't scrape our service, don't impersonate other users.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
10. Termination
You can cancel any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
