Is CareLogging NDIS compliant?+
CareLogging is built around the NDIS Practice Standards record-keeping requirements: contemporaneous notes, incident logs, 7-year retention, and audit-ready invoices with full support item codes. We're not a registered NDIS provider ourselves; we're software you use to run your practice.
Where is my data stored?+
All participant data is stored in Australia (AWS Sydney, ap-southeast-2). Data never leaves the country. Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region.
Who can see my participants' data?+
Only you. Each support worker account has its own isolated workspace, enforced at the database level. Even our support team can't read participant data without your explicit, time-limited permission.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export every shift, note, invoice and photo at any time as CSV and ZIP. After cancellation we keep your data for 90 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it.
Do I own the data I put in?+
Yes, 100%. We never train AI models on your participant data and we never sell or share it.
How does the AI progress note generator work?+
You tick what happened on the shift (activities, mood, prompts given) and the AI drafts a clinically-worded note in seconds. You always review and edit before saving. The AI runs through an Australian-hosted gateway and your inputs are not used for training.
Does CareLogging work offline?+
Yes for shift logging - notes, photos and time entries are saved locally and sync when you're back online. AI generation and invoice creation need a connection.
Can I use CareLogging if I work for an agency?+
Yes, lots of our users do both. CareLogging is built for the independent side of your caseload; how you use it for agency shifts is up to you.
What does it cost?+
Free forever for 1 active client, 10 shifts and 3 AI notes a month. Paid plans start at A$29/month for unlimited everything. See our pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can families really see the weekly update?+
Only the people you choose, per client. You add their email addresses, they get a private link each Sunday. They can't see your invoicing, rates, or other clients - just the warm summary of how their person's week went.
