Add-on, A$199 one-off

Your audit is booked. Your paperwork is in six places.

The NDIS audit readiness tool takes the pile of policies, worker records, insurances and registers you already have, tells you which Practice Standards they cover, and shows you exactly what is still missing before an auditor finds it.

Preparation and gap checking are free. Record-keeping help, not a compliance certification or legal advice.

How it works

1. Dump everything in

Drag in up to 60 files at once: policies, procedures, service agreements, worker screening, police checks, insurance certificates, registers, training records. No renaming, no one file at a time.

2. We suggest the mapping, you confirm it

Each document gets a suggested standard it likely evidences. Nothing is counted until you tick it off, so the pack reflects your judgement, not a guess from a machine.

3. See your gaps in plain English

A live checklist shows what is evidenced and what is missing, with a fix-by date against each gap. Most consultants suggest booking your internal audit once you are past 80 percent, and the tool shows you when you get there.

4. Download the pack

A polished PDF with your readiness summary, evidence mapped to each standard, the gap register, and a fingerprint for every document so nothing can be quietly swapped later. A$199, paid once, only when you download.

What auditors get to see

Participant, worker and business records

The three groups auditors actually sample, kept separate the way they expect to find them.

Verification or Certification

Pick Verification (12 indicators) for lower risk supports, or Certification (51 items) if you deliver personal care, accommodation or behaviour support.

Tamper-evident evidence index

Every uploaded file carries a SHA-256 fingerprint and an upload timestamp, printed in the pack.

Private by default

Your evidence is stored in private storage that only your account can open. No shared drive, no email chains.

Common questions

Is this a compliance certification?

No. It is record-keeping help. We organise and map your evidence so your audit runs smoothly, but only an approved quality auditor can assess you against the NDIS Practice Standards, and nothing here is legal advice.

What does it cost?

Uploading, mapping and gap checking are free. You pay A$199 once, at the moment you download a finished pack. There is no subscription attached to it.

Does the AI write my policies?

No. It suggests which standard a document you already have appears to cover, and you confirm or reject each suggestion. It never invents evidence and never fills a gap for you.

When should I book my internal audit?

Most consultants suggest getting to at least 80 percent of your documents in place first, so the review is useful rather than a paid look at half-finished paperwork. The tool tracks that milestone for you.
